Due to the nature of the electroplating process and the standard at which they are produced, Decorative Grille & Mesh cannot be guaranteed to have a seamless color match between production runs. Requests for return due to an imperfect color match, specifically when considering the components where purchased at different times, are not eligible under our policy and will be responsibility of the purchaser.

Electroplating chemically changes the material that is ultimately being finished. It involves the passing of electrolytes through one metal material through another. For this reason, variations in tone, depth and appearance of color can occur when sourcing components produced at different times.

To best assure consistency when purchasing multiple pieces of grille or mesh, it is recommended you purchase all necessary components at the same time – this is because each component will likely be sourced from the same production batch and thus will be more likely to provide a much closer color match.
