We appreciate your continued patience as we work to resolve the backorder issue affecting our Traditional Gallery Rail components. Due to a manufacturing defect in the posts, shipments have been delayed longer than anticipated. Due to current tariffs, many global buyers are shifting from freight to air shipments. This has caused significant congestion in India, resulting in major delays – many shipments are not even getting off the ground.

We understand how disruptive this delay may be, and we’re doing everything we can to bring these parts back into stock as quickly — and reliably — as possible.

As of now, we anticipate Traditional Gallery Rail components will be available again in summer 2025.
